Select Stays was founded by Joshua Granger and Rhianna Weir to bring a more considered, design-led standard to short-let management across London and the Home Counties — Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire. We believe a beautifully run property earns more — and stresses landlords less.
We don't take a lease on your property — you stay the owner. Select Stays manages everything under a simple management agreement and earns a commission on the income we generate, so our success is tied to yours.
Meet the Founders
Select Stays is owner-run. When you work with us, you work directly with the two people whose name is on the business.
Co-founder
Joshua is the systems and operations side of Select Stays. With a background in building and scaling businesses from the ground up, he's spent years designing the automations, processes and back-end systems that let a service run smoothly and reliably. At Select Stays he's focused on turning short-let management into something seamless for owners — professional listings, fast guest communication and tight operational standards, with no detail left to chance.
Co-founder
Rhianna leads on client relationships and guest experience. A natural people-person, she's built her career on clear communication, trust and looking after clients properly. At Select Stays she makes sure every owner feels informed and every guest feels looked after — because in hospitality, the experience is the product. Her standards are high, and that's exactly what your property gets.
We started Select Stays because we love building things that work — and because we believe landlords deserve a management partner that treats their property like its own. We're growing deliberately, taking on a limited number of homes so each one gets our full attention.
