Select Stays was founded by Joshua Granger and Rhianna Weir to bring a more considered, design-led standard to short-let management across London and the Home Counties — Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire. We believe a beautifully run property earns more — and stresses landlords less.

We don't take a lease on your property — you stay the owner. Select Stays manages everything under a simple management agreement and earns a commission on the income we generate, so our success is tied to yours.

Joshua co-founded Select Stays after starting out in remote sales and going on to build his own sales coaching business with Rhianna. Born and raised in Aylesbury, he's hands-on with every landlord relationship — bringing the same focus on clear communication, attention to detail and high standards to the way each property is managed.

Rhianna co-founded Select Stays alongside Joshua, building a sales coaching business together before the pair moved into short-let management. Also from Aylesbury, she's focused on smooth onboarding and getting the details right — making sure every landlord feels informed, supported and genuinely looked after from the very first conversation.
